I went through FOUR rounds of interviews, including a written test. Each stage, I was told how impressed the team was with me and my background, and then after the written test, I learned I did not get the job. But the HR recruiter said the team was impressed with me and my skillset and put me forward for another role, and the person who interviewed me seemed like they did not want to be doing this interview, and they were cold and uninterested in my answers. And then I was ghosted after that.

Rushed and confusing, there was zero transparency about what role they were hiring for or what salary bracket they were looking to pay (most self-respecting communications agencies will disclose or ask for a salary bracket upfront to not waste the time of the company or the prospective hire.)
They use the Publicis name to pay the bare minimum and hope that they would get people on board who would want the Publicis badge on their resume - that is so saddening.
The HR representatives were fair and considerate. Some mid-senior level individuals on the Digital Marketing team need to understand the importance of quiet surroundings when taking interviews - mine was taken in a very loud environment in the middle of the office, which was immensely distracting and a little demeaning. We take a lot of pains to present ourselves properly for countless interviews; I would not call it too unrealistic to expect the same from interviewers.

Good,1 round HR, 1 Round line Manager, 1 Round manager, very smoothly, and friendly. Hope all of you have a great result after interviewing, and they will process the interview as soon as possible and very positive.
