The interview process was very straightforward and consisted of interviewing with three team members separately. Then there was a skills assessment. It took about a month to receive an offer.

A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn since I have PR experience - I think she had a certain position in mind, then that changed to another one as we talked on a brief screening call. I then spoke with two managers for 30 minutes each and was directed to yet another position for which they thought I'd be a better fit. I talked to another manager and then did not hear anything for 1.5 weeks, so I emailed the recruiter. Another week later, I got a reply saying the team felt I wasn't the right fit. I wasn't totally surprised - I'm a "work to live" person and definitely got a "live to work" vibe, though everyone I talked to was pleasant.

Very speedy process. Not many interviews. The team quickly figures out whether or not you'll fit. They bring you before all the client leads you will support sometimes that's a lot and sometimes it's only a few.
