first step is Aptitude test, i got shortlisted for first technical interview ,after that there was second technical round and HR round, i didn't shortlisted for second technical round ,but in first round they asked all questions based on resume and related to aptitude test.

it was resume based ,they said explain one of your project, and then asked questions based on my project, then they asked questions which was there in aptitude test mathematical and logical.
There were several technical questions regarding the role. Apart from that, there were company background questions. Like what do you know about this company? What are the products?
There were also character building questions to test your respond to different situations.

Entretien
The process is easy, and I had a good interaction with the hiring manager. Straightforward questions that focus on your experience and evaluate whether you will fit into the team.
Interview was a round table, asked various question about my background and education. Questions asked were: familiarity of different equipment and systems. Good to have background in SAP. Hearing back about the position took 2/3 weeks.
