Initial interview with hiring manager and two colleagues 2nd informal interview with 3 members of the team Call with another HR member in between to discuss salaries 3rd interview with hiring manager's boss Then just a ghosting experience there after with no outcome or feedback communicated from the hiring manager despite following up to request. The worst interview experience to date in my professional career and the biggest waste of time for the interviewers and the interviewee. Failing to communicate with an interviewee the outcome of a long and drawn out interview process (& after being directly asked for this) is extremely unprofessional and very inefficient and inconsiderate. Watch out for this VMPM Project Team!!!!
