Had to do an online assignment that was like 30-40 mins before the interview followed by a online interview that lasted close to an hour. Attended the interview on 6th February 2023. They emailed me on 7th February to ask for extra details about myself which I answered and asked the outcome which they referred me to a HR whose name I do not want to disclose at MSD which didn’t reply to that email. 14th February I emailed them again, and again they referred me to the same HR which she finally replied to me saying she will revert back to me this week. So I waited till Friday 25th February and emailed her again asking the outcome as I had a few offers already and I wanted to know the outcome but this HR instead only replied ‘Thank you for your patience, you can go ahead to accept your other offers.’ Instead of making me chase them and wait for a reply I would’ve appreciated them telling me I didn’t get the job. I didn’t understand why there was a need to be this rude. Made me chase for two weeks to be turned down so rudely. Note that being turned down is normal for anyone who’s looking for a job but there’s no need for such attitude.
