Took long time. all stages of interview are very structures. Group interview panel was not great even though they seem friendly. One of the panel member seems very stress about me. One of the lady couldn't understand the model very well, instead she said this model is not working. But she has not read CV properly to understand the experiment. They seems very experienced as they believe, but it was not very challenging. I feel I have performed 100% well and even the feedback provide was very positive.For some reason they cant offer me the jobs, I assume there was a referred candidate for the role to be offered by connection not by the performances of the interview as my later information through some collgues.So They are not fair in assessing the talented interview candidates, that's why they said you are very talented and well performed but we can offer you the job at this stage,, even by giving you telephone call rather than sending a standard email like any other employers.

I interviewed first with someone from HR where they asked general screening questions and a couple technical questions. I then interviewed with the hiring manager and discussed more in depth my experience and alignment with the role.
