This was for MSD IT in Prague so all interviews were via WebEx. First interview was with the recruiter. There were no questions for me, she just told me about the job and had me ask any questions I had. Second interview was with the Bioinformatics manager and his colleague, this included standard questions of my background and where I like to "fit" in the multi-disciplinary world of bioinformatics. Third interview was with a "Product owner" and his colleague, this was more about cultural fit and what it's like working there. All of the interviews were more conversational than interrogational. After that, I was given an offer of employment. I liked the people, the job was a good fit but unfortunately, the pay was not enough to take care of my U.S. financial commitments. I had to decline politely via Webex. Happily, they were gracious enough to refer me to the sister-site in Boston! Great company!
