Virtual interview with several different executives across many regions, products, services and levels. Had ten interviews but no competency assessment. Was impressed with collegiality, attention and commitment, even though salary negotiation. Happy to commit.

Iterative process with HR, peers and management involved. Each of the 6-7 interviews is a new set of prior necessary research and additional information collected on the job and the culture. Amazing people and internal communication. Great experience overall.
