Lengthy but full-proof process. Various interviews were conducted to ensure they get on board nothing but the best fit for the role. The overall screening, evaluation and finalization process took about 4 months plus.
My recent interview experience was very disappointing. I made it to the final round for a position at MSCI, receiving stellar feedback throughout the process. During the final interview, which included a case study, the hiring manager and team provided very positive feedback. However, after the interview, I heard nothing. Despite following up with the recruiter multiple times over a three-week period, I was completely ignored. It was incredibly disheartening to be ghosted after investing so much time into the interview process and creating a detailed presentation. I only found out I didn't get the position when I saw another candidate announce on LinkedIn that they had received the job offer. I would not recommend this experience to others.

Entretien
First there was a phone interview followed by in person interview with several people in the department and outside the department. Hung out in one conference room while the interviewers rotated. Break for lunch.
