I had 2 rounds (HR and hiring manage) and was told after the last round that id probably have to come in to their office (in a different state) the following week for a face to face and that HR would schedule it but then HR did not revert and would not answer any of my calls or my emails asking them the next steps - I called the office (twice) and the girl who picked up said she knew nothing about the status as her colleague was handling it - i asked if she could please ask him to let me know, either way, as I needed to know if i had to travel the next week - I had a small baby and needed to make care arrangements) - but nothing - no email, no return phone call. I though it was rather unkind and unprofessional - specially since i had the impression that the interview went rather well and i was told by the hiring manager the next round would be set up. it was all very strange.
