I was called out of the blue regarding an application I filled out a week prior. They were apologetic about calling without notice and offered to call back at another time but we continued the interview anyway. It was a typical screening call asking elaboration about my experiences and why I want to work there. To finish I was told the HR manager would reach out to schedule the next meeting but, I never heard back.
