I was just asked one question which was something that one doesnt do frequently in day to day job routine.I was rejected at the behest of just one question only.My request to the interviewers is that the candidate may not have answer on that first question you ask but that doesnt qualify him/her as an incapable candidate.You got to ask a minimum of 3 questions to decide on it and asking 3 questions for rightly judging a candidate is not taking too much of your precious time.
My request to you is please dont hurry judging one candidate based on a single question and give him/her a fair chance
