It is an phone interview. I received email before the interview to let me answer whether I have experience on some accounting skills. The whole phone interview process lasted about 15 minutes, and the interviewer mainly ask questions based on my resume. Besides, she asked me the expecting salary. She does not introduce the company, it is better for you to know some about company before interview.

I interview with the recruiter, then two managers. I believe there are four interviews in total. My process was fine, the process does take time so be prepared for that.
