Well structured and relaxed, travel to Laos was arranged and went smoothly. The travel team did an excellent job organising everything from air travel, travel to site, and accommodation. Prior to the interview, I met most of the people within the team, was taken on an extensive site tour, and was made to feel relaxed. It was almost an informal process. Well done.
