It was a zoom call where she asked me very basic questions such as "Tell me about yourself" and asked about past experiences. She also asked if I had any knowledge of various liquor brands and I made sure to emphasize my customer service experience

Interview was comfortable but purposeful 1 on 1 meeting. I felt it accomplished a lot, for both sides, as I was able to share experiences and learn exactly what my role would entail

The interview is very relaxed . You are interviewed by a panel of Managers usually asking about yourself and your background. They mostly look for outgoing and charismatic individuals. There a lot of actors and people that have sales or marketing experience that get hired since these tend to also require a strong interpersonal intelligence.
