Sent my resume to an Alumni from my school and he pushed it through to the hiring manager. I had a phone interview soon after with the hiring manager. A in person interview was schedule soon after. Required to do a 30 minute technical presentation in front of several people. Interviewed with around 8 different people some of a technical nature others in a personal manner.
