I had a phone screening interview for a Wireless Research Engineer position. The interview was conducted by one of the engineers and lasted about 15 minutes. The process was straightforward and not overly formal. The interviewer started with a brief introduction about the team and the role, followed by questions about my background and research experience. Most of the discussion focused on: My work in wireless communication and signal processing Experience with RF systems and I/Q data Projects related to machine learning or research work

They asked that I present on a technical topic of my choice. After the presentation, they had other people in the department ask questions about the presentation, then on my resume in general.
