Checking in to the lab took a while, you have to leave your cell phone at the front desk. There were a lot of other people interviewing for different positions on the same day. I was flown out to Lexington, MA for an in-person interview, where I met with 5 people: - Two junior people who asked me about my resume and education, and talked to me about the position and their group's work - Two mid-level people who asked me about my relevant experience in detail. They asked multiple in-depth and follow-up questions regarding what I had done. - One of the senior people in the group, who mostly talked to me about the group's work and asked me general questions about my background.
