The interviewer arrived 10 minutes late to the video call, asked very cold and textbook questions, and the conversation felt awkward despite my 8+ years of experience in this role. Afterward, there was no follow up at all, no feedback, no courtesy email. A month later, I saw the same position reposted, which reinforced my impression of poor communication and a lack of professionalism in the process. Advice to Management: Improve communication with candidates, ensure interviewers arrive on time and are prepared, and follow up with applicants out of basic respect. If the role is reposted, consider providing constructive feedback to those who invested their time.
