1. Written test (database, WIndows, Unix, decisional reasoning questions, logical reasoning: 1-2 questions
2. Face-to-face interview with HR, support Team Leader / Technical Support Manager
It is an easy process overall, especially if the candidate has a good technical background and also knows how to put the good skills on the table.

Free discussion about the results of the test and some questions to find out if you are up for travelling, what are your carreer plans, which values you can bring to the team.
THE TEST - has 6 sections:
1. English (you have to fill the blank spaces)
2. ORACLE

4, Logic questions
5. Q about what you will do in different scenarios
6. Networking (UNIX and Windows)

Most diffficult Q was regarding Unix.
Q aren't difficult to answer. A person with a computer sience degree will find it very easy to respond.

One technical test with two managers the test was about sql linux and windows and about checking the background and past experience which could help the future . I also had discussion with hr .
