First applied, took 1-3 days to get a response back for a phone interview. Finished that quickly and was called to do a in person interview and was told I would get a call back next week with the decision but received the call the same day after 1-2 hours later.

Phone interview that went over your resume and asked you a few questions about your prior history such as all your prior jobs you have held. Did any of those jobs give you work experience. How long did you hold these jobs, and so forth.
