The interview process is a rigorous one. It begins with the completion of a series of mock projects and presentations. You are given scenarios and documents to answer various prompts. This analyzes the way you think and process information. They are to be submitted meeting deadlines. This is followed by a panel style, web interview. A series of questions are asked by individuals on the interviewing team. There is a final interview with upper management. You present the projects submitted previously and discuss them further. You meet with staff in person, as well as another panel style, web interview. The final interview takes a few hours.

This wast he longest and most demanding interview process I have ever experienced. It included an initial online application (which requires a cover letter, resume, and writing sample), a virtual interview with multiple people (I believe it was about 30 minutes), and an in-person interview lasting multiple hours and practice work assignments. I that there's definitely some value in having such a thorough vetting process, but it was difficult to find time for all of the interview assignments and events while still working my other job.
