First there was a short call with HR giving some insights about the role and the company. They also answered some general questions I had. Then there was another call with the hiring manager, where they explained in more details what the role was, what the tasks would be and what the current paint points were. We discussed my experiences and how would do some things. It was an enjoyable discussion.
