Contacted by recruiter to interview for position. Recruiter gave a description of the type of interview. I felt well prepared. Interviewed by 3 men and the recruiter was a female. Not a welcoming or inviting interview. No personality or life to the men interviewing me. Although, I was well qualified and familiar with the projects because of my current work did not receive an offer.
