It was a good experience. Mostly a discussion of my experience and what I wanted to get out of the internship. The best way to describe it would be to say that it was actually a conversation, and flowed without being awkward. I talked about my projects, he told me his experience with other interns and what I should expect. He was very nice, and didn't come off as rude or disrespectful.
