Entretien
The interview was conducted in the following stages:
1. Interview with the tech recruiter
2. Recruiting task testing UI & UX skills
3. Presentation meeting with a Head of Product & Senior Product Designer
4. Contract negotiation
Overall, the process was clearly communicated, reasonable and every interviewer was professional and friendly. I can recommend applying for a position at MEDWING

Question 1
The first interview involved typical career questions such as:
- tell me more about your previous work experience
- why do you want to work at MEDWING
- why do you want to switch jobs
In the second interview which was conducted around a design task, the questions became product-focused and more in-depth:
- What is your experience with ...
- How would you design this future feature idea?
- Why was ... designed like this?
- How does your design process look like?
- What are your sources for UI & UX knowledge?
The hiring manager was very responsive. I felt welcome and guided at every step. The process was also quite quick and well thought out. I usually received notification about next step within a week. I’d say overall it was a good candidate experience.
Talked to the hiring manager and a director and then completed the test challenge, that was all, the whole interview process was super quick and easy and right after an office tour I got an offer

Don't remember anything difficult, just regular questions
