Applied through school and was then contacted randomly by HR for an initial phone screening. Phone screening was very basic, ie. tell me about yourself, tell me about challenges you have overcome etc. Was then selected for an interview in the office where I met with the COO, Director of Operations, Manager of Operations, and two Senior Investment Operations specialist. The Director of Operations conducts the majority of the interview.
