Screened by HR and then interviewed by the HSS manager who asked a variety of questions about my medical and customer service background ,Told me what they were looking for and the duties that I would be performing.

I got a call from the hiring director on a thurday evening, he gave me an overview of the job responsibilities and postion on what to expect. I scheduled an interview the next day in mid morning like around 11 it wasnt hard to find even though i got lost for five min. Yes i was late but by 4 min but they didnt make a big deal though i do not advise anyone to be late for an interview, he asked what i knew about the company and the job and asked if i agreed on salary and if i had any questions. He then emailed a formal job offer and i accepted.
