Entretien
It was supposed to be three interviews. I only got to the second one. The first one went really well, it was done to see if I would fit into the team and if my values allign with the company’s values. The second interview was more specific and with the head of the team: noticed there that the job wasn’t really for me and that I didn’t bring enough experience when it comes to negotiation. I was hoping that maybe they would still give me a chance, but I can understand why they didn’t.

Offer negotiation afterwards . Is more than a year ago and can have changed by now.

Entretien
First, you meet with hiring managers to discuss skill set. If you are selected to go to the next round, you then go through a culture fit interview. Both are in-person interviews at the US HQ, which is across from Watters Creek.
