The person I was supposed to interview with never showed up at the interview. I had to call the HR specialist who set it up and she ended up messaging the lady and she never responded. She then conducted the culture call that was just asking questions about who I was in high school, my biggest accomplishment, etc. This call had nothing to do with my experience, it was just about who I was as a person. I got an email a couple of hours after that interview saying they were going with another candidate. I asked about another position in the company that I had also applied for and never heard back. Things just seemed very unprofessional. I was told I was a great fit for both positions, but then was ghosted.
