There were three rounds for the interview process. First round was meeting the hiring manager. Second interview was panel style and I had to give a presentation. Third round was the final round. I met with a panel of department executives and then a one-on-one with the VP of the department. Each round was fair. The process began in October 2015. To date, I have not received any confirmation of whether I received the job or not. I have only been told I am still being considered. Very frustrating since it is now March 2016. And I had to initiate finding that bit of information.

Recruiter reached out, had 3 successful interviews and 2 days later saw an article in the local paper that they are no longer hiring. Somewhat disappointed that the department or recruiter never followed up.

Entretien
Applied and waited for almost exactly a month for an interview to be scheduled (I was prepared for this due to the other reviews). The interview was a structured panel including the hiring manager, their direct team and some indirect peers. Straightforward questions, ample time to answer and discuss qualifications; make sure to ask questions! This place is different from the private sector, and I've enjoyed every minute of the recruitment and onboarding process.

Have interviewed for several roles within the company and every recruiter ghosts if you are not the candidate they want. Out of 4 recruiters, I only heard feedback from one after emailing twice. Interview process is lengthy, they take 2-3 weeks to make a decision. Interview questions are fairly easy but overall the hiring process is a nightmare. It’s unfortunate that a company with such a great reputation does not value the time of prospective employees to give a follow up in a timely manner or at all.
