I applied online, then did several online assessments. Had a phone screen with HR, followed by a one-hour timed writing test. Then I met the hiring manager for a Zoom interview, followed by a Zoom interview with his two managers. After that was a third interview, this one with five people. Then they went dark for a month, and my email to HR to check in on status went unanswered. I saw online today that the job has been filled. So in short, I met with 9 people over the course of a month and did three online assessments taking over 90 minutes, and they didn't have the courtesy to send a rejection email. Seems a bit sloppy for an organization this big.

Drove all the way to Houston to have 4 people ask me the EXACT same questions I answered in my video interview... I think it would’ve a lot more respectful of everyone’s time to 1) Have more questions to get to know me and 2) have everyone in one room for a panel interview to save time.
