The interview process was lengthy but very informative. I met with several staff members who gave me great feedback and confirmed my reasons on applying for this position. After doing through the process, I understand that MD Anderson wants to ensure it's a good fit for them and for you.

3 panel interview, they gave situational, behavior questions. Asked weaknesses, strengths, why you would be a good fit. Second round will be with whoever you will be supporting (doctor, director, executive, etc. )
