First, I was called by HR and asked 3 basic questions, then was offered an interview time. Then I sat at the end of a table around 6-10 individuals who were either educators in the residency program or department supervisors looking for research nurse residents for their department. It was 30 minutes long, each person asked a question. They ranged from clinical situations to what do you know about research. I was told I would hear back in 2 weeks, but I didn't hear anything. At 3 weeks after the interview I had another interview with 2 supervisors in my department and 1 research nurse. A few weeks after that I was called and asked to meet with a Principal Investigator in the department and had a 1:1 with him. That was very informal and very fun to get to know him too. Within a week or 2 after that they called to give me a soft offer. A week after that the offer was finalized. I started 3 weeks later.
