It was a two part interview with less than 24 hour notice. I arrived early and waited 10-15 minutes past the scheduled interview time to finally speak with a HR recruiter. She only asked two questions and shipped me off by shuttle to the pharmacy dept. Once I arrived, the pharmacist and another woman who never really introduced herself and two pharmacy interns sat at a table in the cafe area with me. They asked a serious of questions but they were really hard on me for not having any experience. The other woman interviewing me was really frowned up the whole time basically. It was nerve wrecking. Although there is boulders to my application whether i got it or not it’s been well over two weeks and no response. I probably didn’t get it i felt that the job description didn’t have experience as mandatory but feel that’s why i wasn’t selected. The guy was pretty easy going but i could tell he felt the same about the experience factor. I’m currently taking another position in non retail and and to reapply in a year or two to face them head on again. I know that I’m suppose to be at that facility and i will.

Easy. Virtual interview with a panel of 4 and asked situational questions. I got interviewed by 3 Pharmacy Technician Supervisors. I applied for the day shift but was told only evening shift was available. Bummer!
