First I got an email with some questions from human resources (My salary expectation, why I am looking for a job and what would I contribute to the organization if hired). The next step was an hour interview with the direct supervisor, that made many situational and case scenario questions. Then they called me for an interview with a committee (The committee was composed for 5 people and each one asked 3 questions, all questions about situational scenarios). After that I am waiting for an email with the resolution from human resources.

Very quick and simple. Thorough and understanding. I enjoyed the engagement and experience. On time and very informative, I left feeling inspired and motivated. I would recommend any opportunity with this organization. Great opportunities!
