I had a panel interview and then 2 phone interviews. The questions were simple and straight forward regarding engineering and my education and work experience. Some basic questions like what are your future plans,etc. The entire process took about 3-4 weeks. They had multiple rounds for the position. I guess they are looking for someone with a PhD in the field and should have advertised the same. It was an ok experience. I wouldn't waste me time about it.
