Contacted by recruiter and scheduling the interview was quick and easy, done by appointment. Interview is with a panel of 3 (nursing director, nurse mgr, workforce leader). They were all very nice, approachable, and easy to talk to which made the interview very pleasant and relaxed. They asked what seemed like maybe 10 questions, all behavioral. I was contacted 4 weeks later for a position.

Situational and scenario questions. Really focused on how you work with a team. Very positive experience. Panel seemed very interested in what I had to say and were very respectful when asking and allowing me to answer questions.
