I had two phone screening interviews, one with HR and another with a director, and was then invited on-site for an interview with several groups. The interview lasted several hours. The administration was very nice. Interviewers were friendly and moderately professional. One interviewer had to leave early to take a call which was previously scheduled. I thought was a bit unprofessional. At several points, I was sitting by myself in the room. Interview questions were very easy and the atmosphere relaxed. The group did not seem too enthusiastic about their roles, although the interviewer that left early really tried to sell MCRA to me.
