First interview screening was with HR representative. .The interview lasted about 30 and was geared toward determining if I was a fit for the role from and HR perspective. Second interview was an hour phone interview with hiring manager and another IT team member. This interview was more technical and making sure I had the skill set desired for the role. Third interview was a video call with all IT leadership. This interview lasted about 1.5 hours and again focused on determining that I had the skill set and was a good fit for the role. The fourth and final interview was with VP of HR. This interview was to make sure that I was a fit for the role from and HR standpoint.
