Interview started with the phone interview being canceled and the recruiter sending me an email to conduct the initial screening through email. Then did a technical interview, questions around experience and follow up questions on the work done on previous roles. After the technical interview it was a behavioral interview and culture fit. That went well too, interviewer asked a bunch of questions from a list of culture fit/behavioral questions. Then I received an email from the recruiter that everything went well and advanced to the final interview/presentation. The presentation is to find a solution to a problem the recruiter will provide. The presentation went well with the 6 interviewers. Overall, I wouldn’t suggest applying at MCA because you won’t be seen as a “Culture fit” to a specific book of clients you will work with if you had gotten an offer. Atleast I was initially “Culture fit”, hence why I passes to the final presentation. 😀
