Entretien
Applied online with a CV and short questions. The second phase was an online platform where you had to answer questions timed. These were either maths / logic short questions, or video answer questions. The final stage was the virtual assessment centre, which was split into two halves: the first half consisted of more recorded video answers and long-form written answers. The second half was a strengths-based interview and a group task alongside the others in the virtual assessment centre.

Question 1
2nd stage had some personal description questions (e.g "Tell me about a time when it was challenging to work in a group and how you overcame it") and some short maths and logic questions. 3rd stage had longer video questions and some long-form written answers (e.g. how you'd write an email to your manager if you're struggling with workload)

Entretien
Virtual assessment centre and interview across a day: Icebreakers followed by a warm up task. Then two 15 min solo "Micro tasks" with video recorded and written answers. Then a 25 min group "prioritisation task" requiring video recorded answers. Finished off with a 35-45 min "strength based" interview. Various talks and Q&As throughout the day.
