Long process, tool about 2 weeks of evaluations and interviews, The technical tests were dificult, oriented to spot out rare algorithms, not used in a common business case. It was a waste of time, for me. Besides if you need a complex algorithm in the real life you go and google it to make it done
questions were asked by an unqualified employee for the interview, they weren't professional in it. and the tech lead that supposed to do it left the interview with out respecting me. lots of misunderstanding in asking the questions.
