Interviews were informal and carried out by nice members of staff. However follow up contact was really poor and unacceptable. The interviewers informed me I would be contacted within 1-2 days on both occasions. They informed me I performed very well and they were very positive. This was not reflected in the time they wasted in asking for my patience while they decided when in reality they were awaiting candidate number ones rejection before contacting me. Not a great representative of themselves.
