The interview in their offices was one of the strangest I have had. It was done with a head of a team. This person did not even ask me about myself, instead he was talking about himself and basically said to me that this is not an interview, instead a discussion because what he really values is the quality of people.... so not sure how he has seen my quality since he has asked nothing about me, but I was never called for the next stage. He seemed very narcissistic and overall the process even with the HR from the telephone seemed very unprofessional.
