Entretien
The interview process at MANTL was thorough yet efficient. I felt like I had the opportunity to meet with a number of team members to get a feel for the company and culture, while also doing a portfolio review and formal interview. I believe after the initial screening I had three interviews which included a portfolio review and was then able to spend an informal half hour with leadership to ask questions. Overall I appreciated the ability to get the answers I was seeking without having to spend two months in a high number of interviews.

Throughout the portfolio review, questions were asked to get a sense of how I handled adversity in the design process, how I felt about collaboration, and how I felt best to communicate throughout the project.

5 rounds, including the initial recruiter call -- move quickly through the first 3 and then a 3 week wait, and they provide no feedback at all and then ghost when you ask for feedback.
