The screening call was after 20 days of applying, although i was referred, the head of the team took my round 1 interview. She was very polite and friendly and I was in believe to make it to round 2 but i was a fresher and they chose to move forward with someone who had experience. Nevertheless i realised just because you want it enough doesn’t mean it will happen and then i stopped taking people’s warm personality personal as long as it is not benefitting me.
