"Take home" technical test was the first stage, which was a warning sign. The test itself was poorly worded and ambiguous, but had a go anyway assuming that the outcome wasn't necessarily the aim.
Test advised "no more than 1.5-2 hours" to be spend creating a solution that *required* unit tests and generally a level of detail that you wouldn't dare fit into, basically, a morning - start to finish - including being introduced to it.
Feedback was excessively fussy, suggesting that they wanted a fully-fledged and tested solution to be produced in less than 2 hours. Dread to think what velocity they expect in the job.
Overall rather an insulting process that I firmly regret undertaking, as I won't get those 2 hours back and I was made to feel like I should be grateful they even looked at it.
If you search for "Maersk" on github, you'll probably find examples, as they demand you submit to a public repo with regular commits etc. Most examples on there are absolutely shocking, so they seem to have their work cut out for them.
Interview difficult is based on the inhuman level of work required, rather than the task itself.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
We need you to implement a simple promotion engine for a checkout process. Our Cart contains a list of single character
SKU ids (A, B, C. ..) over which the promotion engine will need to run.
The promotion engine will need to calculate the total order value after applying the 2 promotion types
• buy 'n' items of a SKU for a fixed price (3 A's for 130)
• buy SKU 1 & SKU 2 for a fixed price ( C + D = 30 )
The promotion engine should be modular to allow for more promotion types to be added at a later date (e.g. a future
promotion could be x% of a SKU unit price). For this coding exercise you can assume that the promotions will be mutually
exclusive; in other words if one is applied the other promotions will not apply
it was not good , and the interviewer was watching reels while another panel member asking question, and after some time both started to laugh by watching reels or something

The interview process included 2 round of technical interviews with DSA related coding problems. Interviewers were nice after positive feedback from both interviewers the HR abandoned the process. No reply to email and calls. Atleast they should provide clear communication. The experience was not very good total waste of time.
3 virtual assessment rounds that includes aptitude, core java, sql,1-2 coding questions. After getting shortlisted in these round there is again face 2 face interview that interviewer asks questions based on what you have mentioned in your resume.
