Well you basically need to know someone in the company to even get an interview in the first place. When you do go in for your face to face interview smile a lot, tell them how much you love helping people and enjoy customer service work. Show a willingness to learn and be a team player and you're in.

They usually go off of the universal interview questions... pretty standard. I guess I didn't really know what to say when they asked me what I wanted to get out of working in their office.
