Entretien
Started with phone interview lasting 30-40min.
The questions were based on the resume as well as some considerable time spent to ensure that the terms and conditions of the role were understood.
You will need to do online Predictive Index (PI) Survey (http://whatis.techtarget.com/definition/Predictive-Index-PI)
and Professional Learning Indicator (PLI) Assessment. Note the PLI requires you to answer 50 questions in 12 minutes. No one finishes the test if you can get around 31-34 questions with only 3-4 mistakes that puts you above average. The assessment page will automatically close when the time is up. If you make it to the final interview HR will review your results with you. http://www.jobtestprep.co.uk sell practise tests that follow the PLI format.
Next step was a face-to-face interview session at their office. It was 3-4 hrs Again you will need to do another PLI assessment on paper. HR go through your PI and PLI results and spend what I would consider to be an inordinate amount of time discussing the $ and package/benefits again. Contain yourself because it doesn't feel great when you've had the carrot dangled in front of you and then don't succeed. But I can understand they are trying to manage expectations also. HR also ask some questions on the CV and behavioural questions. Be careful around their analysis of PI - whilst it's very accurate it's important you don't focus on too many of your weaknesses because they will ask you what the test has missed. So choose your words wisely.
Then more CV time with the hiring manager and another senior manager. Followed by lunch.
Within 14 working days, they will send email you whether you are not accepted.
